1. Acceptance

By using this website, joining the waitlist, submitting feedback, or completing a Founder Reservation, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Pre-launch status

Glancio is currently a pre-launch validation project. The website describes the intended direction of the product and may show demos, mockups, or early product concepts. Access, features, pricing, timing, and availability may change before public launch.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist expresses interest in early access. It does not guarantee product access, a launch date, availability in your region, or any specific feature.

4. Founder Reservation

A Founder Reservation is a one-time pre-launch reservation for Founder Benefits described on the site. It is not a subscription, and no paid software plan starts immediately. Founder Benefits are intended to activate after the official Glancio product launch, subject to product availability and the final launch terms.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by the checkout provider shown at checkout. If a real-money Founder Reservation is charged and you believe there is a payment issue, contact hello@glancio.ai with the email used at checkout and relevant order details. We will review refund requests reasonably and in line with the payment provider's available records and requirements.

6. Your submissions

If you submit use cases, feedback, suggestions, or other materials, you allow Glancio to use them to evaluate demand, improve the product, communicate with you, and build or prioritize future features. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so.

7. Responsible use

You agree not to use the website or future product to:

• Violate laws, rights, security, privacy, or platform rules.
• Submit malware, spam, abusive content, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment status, or authorization to use submitted materials.
• Rely on Glancio as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions.

8. No guarantee of launch or results

The website and pre-launch materials are provided as-is for validation and early access interest. We do not guarantee that Glancio will launch on a specific date, include every shown feature, operate without interruption, or produce any particular business or productivity result.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product, checkout flow, or launch plan changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
