1. What Glancio is today

Glancio is currently validating a first version of an AI product that helps people act on selected screen context. The website may collect waitlist signups, optional product feedback, usage signals, and Founder Reservation intent before the product is publicly available.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Email address when you join the waitlist or ask to be contacted.
• Optional feedback, use cases, or notes you choose to submit.
• Waitlist and Founder Reservation status, including basic payment confirmation metadata.
• Website analytics such as page views, CTA clicks, form events, timestamps, referral or campaign tags, device type, browser, and approximate technical diagnostics.
• Messages you send to us by email.

3. Payments

Founder Reservation checkout is handled by Creem or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVC codes, or bank credentials on this website. We may receive payment status, order identifiers, customer email, amount, currency, and related metadata needed to confirm a reservation, support refunds, prevent abuse, and keep records.

4. How we use information

• To operate the waitlist and Founder Reservation flow.
• To understand demand, product fit, and which workflows early users care about.
• To contact you about early access, Founder benefits, product research, support, or important updates.
• To improve site reliability, diagnose bugs, measure conversion paths, and reduce spam or fraud.
• To meet payment, tax, accounting, security, or legal obligations that apply to the service.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to host the site, store form and analytics data, process payments, and send or receive communications. These providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Creem, email providers, and analytics or infrastructure services used to operate Glancio.

6. Retention

We keep waitlist, feedback, analytics, and reservation records for as long as needed to run the pre-launch experiment, provide support, maintain security, satisfy records requirements, and decide whether to proceed with the product. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to update, delete, or stop using information you gave us, subject to records we must keep for payment, tax, security, or legal reasons. You can also choose not to submit optional feedback.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information through optional feedback fields.

9. Children

Glancio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
